Take Control - We start out the weekend with a free Women’s Self Defense Seminar for all teen girls and women on Friday, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.You must pre-register for the event, but please feel free to offer this to any of your friends and family.When we fill up, we will close out the seminar.
Parent Coaches - Then, on Saturday, we continue with Parent Coach day, inviting parents to be part of their child’s class to help learn how to coach your child in Karate.
How to Handle A Bully - At the end of our weekend, we have a Bullying Seminar at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday for the kids and parents are welcome to come watch.All of the classes will have take home material so you can review it and keep it fresh until the next seminar!
