Ralph Bard I started in July 1996, 1st Degree Blackbelt in Dec 1999. Currently a 3rd Degree Blackbelt in SanShinKai Karate, 2nd Degree Blackbelt in SanShinKai Jujitsu and 3rd Brown from the US Judo Assoc. I teach kids black & brown belt classes on Tue & Thu with Pepper. Due to excessive training with Mr. O. I can now run 1/2 marathons and plan to do a full marathon soon :) Favorites: Breaking, Self-Defense Line Drill, helping 1st browns prepare for black Dislikes: Inconsistent training
