Lifestyle Classes This is the term we give to well rounded martial arts programs
that will give the student a total lifestyle exercise program and will develop the
reflex that a woman needs in any self-defense situation. Try out the introductory class
at any Karate International location for an idea of the type of class you would be
taking. Locations in Raleigh, Apex, Cary and Durham.
Employer Sponsored Classes There are courses that an Employer can bring in to the
staff as a benefit that will improve the lives of the employees and reinforce the
employers willingness to provide a safe work environment. Courses can be taught
on lunch hours or at weekly staff meetings. Raleigh employer Tim Chalmers of Merry
Maids, recently offered 3 1/2 hour sessions during 3 consecutive Friday morning staff
training meetings. Tim can be reached at 919-859-4404 if you would like to know
how it helped his employees.
